The questions we are asked most about ordering, delivery, payment and grilling.
How do I order?
Choose products on the site and add them to the cart. Meat is ordered by weight in 500 g steps; everything else by the piece. Leave your name, phone and address, then send the order. Orders are taken every day from 09:00 to 21:00.
Do I pay on the website?
No. Nothing is charged on this site. You send the order, we call you back to confirm the exact weight and the final price, and payment is agreed on that call.
How long does delivery take?
The order is handed to a Yandex Delivery courier as soon as it is packed and reaches you in about two hours, anywhere in Yerevan.
How much does delivery cost?
The courier fee is Yandex’s own tariff, depends on the distance, and is paid to the courier. We add nothing on top of it.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. Choose “I will pick it up” at checkout. The shop is at 68 Barbusse Street, Yerevan, open every day from 09:00 to 21:00.
Do you grill the meat?
Yes. Meat sold by the kilogram is grilled on wood in the shop. At checkout, tick which meat you want grilled: the grilling charge, a cardboard container and lavash are added (one of each per 2.5 kg).
Why are some prices approximate?
Prices marked “≈” are not fixed yet — honey and pickles, for example. We tell you the exact price on the call, before the order is put together.
Where does the meat come from?
Our products come from villages and neighbouring farms. The meat is cut in the shop to the thickness you ask for.
